1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following: “The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘Backbiting destroys the religion of a person faster than an internal cancerous disease.’ “The Imam has also said, ‘The Messenger of Allah has said, “Sitting in the mosque is worship as long as it does not happen.” He was asked, ‘O Messenger of Allah, ‘What has not happened?’ He said, ‘Backbiting.’”
Isnādعَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام)
Le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui et sa famille) a dit : "La médisance est plus rapide dans la religion de l'homme musulman que manger dans son ventre." Il a également dit : "Le fait de rester assis dans la mosquée en attendant la prière est une adoration tant qu'on ne parle pas. On lui demanda : Ô Messager d'Allah, que signifie parler ? Il répondit : C'est la médisance."
