3. Humayd has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabalah from Muhammad ibn Mas’ud al-Ta’i from ‘Anbasah ibn Mus’ab who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said that the Messenger of Allah has said, ‘If one finds a dead body brought from the opposite direction or just sees one and says, “Allah is great. This is what Allah and His Messenger have told us will happen to us and Allah and His Messenger have indeed spoken the truth. O Lord, increase our belief and submission. All praise belongs to Allah who is Most Majestic due to His power and who has subdued people by death,” no angel is left in the heavens but will weep out of sympathy for the tone of his voice.””’
IsnādHumayd, d'après Ibn Samā'ah, d'après 'Abdullah ibn Jabalāh, d'après Muhammad ibn Mas'ūd al-Ṭā'ī, d'après 'Anbasa ibn Muṣ'ab, d'après Abī 'Abdillāh (sur lui le salut) a dit: Le Messager d'Allah (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a dit: Celui qui fait face à un cortège funèbre ou le voit et dit: "Allah est le Plus Grand, voilà ce qu'Allah et Son Messager nous ont promis, et Allah et Son Messager ont dit la vérité. Ô Allah, accrois notre foi et notre soumission. Louange à Allah qui s'est renforcé par Sa puissance et a soumis Ses serviteurs par la mort. Il n'y a plus un seul ange dans le ciel sans qu'il pleure par miséricorde à cause de Sa voix."
Celui qui fait face à un cortège funèbre ou le voit et dit: "Allah est le Plus Grand, voilà ce qu'Allah et Son Messager nous ont promis, et Allah et Son Messager ont dit la vérité.
