1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Hammad ibn ‘Isa from Hariz from Zurarah who has said the following: “I once asked Abu Ja‘far, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, ‘How is it that women during their experiencing Hayd (menses) can pick up things from Masjid, but cannot leave anything therein?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘It is because such women can leave what is in their hands in other places and cannot take what is there (in the Masjid) except from it (Masjid).”’ (The above Hadith is best explained in the form of fatwa.)

J'ai demandé à Abu Ja'far (que la paix soit sur lui) comment une femme en période de menstruation peut prendre quelque chose du contenu de la mosquée sans y déposer, il a répondu : "Parce qu'une femme en période de menstruation peut déposer quelque chose de ce qu'elle a dans sa main ailleurs, mais elle ne peut prendre quelque chose de la mosquée que de là."
