Mariage avec une nourrice ( al-Qabilah )

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from abu Muhammad al-Ansariy from “Amr ibn Shamir from Jabir ibn Yazid who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu Ja‘far, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about al-Qabilah (special nurse who helps one’s mother during her giving birth and thereafter); if the child can marry her. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, not her daughter also, because she is one of his mothers.’ Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar has narrated the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘If she just helps to give birth and moves on, then such nurses are many; but if she helps during birth, and brings him up, then she is unlawful for marriage.’”

J'ai demandé à Abu Ja'far (que la paix soit sur lui) au sujet des femmes de la tribu des Qabilah, est-il permis à un nouveau-né de les épouser? Il a répondu: Non, ni lui ni son fils, car elles font partie de ses mères. Et dans une autre narration de Muawiyah ibn Ammar, d'Abu Abdullah (que la paix soit sur lui), il a dit: Si elle est acceptée et nourrie, alors les Qabilah sont plus que cela, mais si elle est acceptée et repoussée, elle lui est interdite.
