Mariage d'un Enfant Illégitime

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad Ahmad ibn Muhammad from certain persons of our people from Sahl ibn Ziyad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about marriage with one born out of wedlock. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, but her children are not wanted.’”

L'enfant né d'adultère peut être marié, mais on ne recherche pas son enfant.

4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-‘Ala’ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “I once asked abu Ja’far, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about the case of a man if he could marry the filthy (prostitute). He (the Imam) said, ‘No, he cannot do so.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘If he has a slave-girl with whom he has gone to bed but she must not be taken as the mother of his children.’” (He must use contraceptives)

J'ai demandé à Abou Ja'far (que la paix soit sur lui) au sujet d'une femme méprisable qu'un homme épouse. Il a dit : "Non", et il a dit : "Si un homme a une esclave avec qui il a eu des relations et qu'il ne la prend pas comme mère de ses enfants."

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Muhammad ibn abu ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Once abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, was asked about the case of a man who has a servant born out of wedlock; if he can go to bed with her. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, if he stays clean of that, it is more likeable to me.’”

Il a été interrogé sur un homme qui possède un serviteur dont l'enfant est issu de la fornication avec lui. Est-il permis à cet homme d'avoir des relations intimes avec cette femme ? Il a répondu : Non, et s'il s'en abstient, cela m'est plus agréable.
