1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ali ibn Asbat from his uncle Ya’qub ibn Salim from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘Once a man came to the Holy Prophet, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, requesting instruction for getting married. The Messenger of Allah said to him, ‘You must marry one who is religious beyond questions.’”
IsnādUne chaîne de transmission rapportée de nos compagnons, de Sahl ibn Ziyad, d'Ali ibn Asbat, de son oncle Ya'qoub ibn Salim, de Muhammad ibn Muslim, qui a dit: Abu Ja'far (que la paix soit sur lui) a dit:
Un homme est venu voir le Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) pour lui demander conseil concernant le mariage. Le Messager d'Allah (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) lui a dit : "Marie-toi, et que ta préférence aille à celle qui pratique sa religion, que tes mains soient couvertes de poussière."
