1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Umayr from ‘Umar ibn ‘Udhaynah from af-Fudayf ibn Yasar and Muhammad ibn Muslim and Zurarah ibn ‘A‘yan and Burayd ibn Mu‘awiyah who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘A woman who has control over herself and is not dimwitted and has no master over her, her marriage without guardian is lawful.’”
