1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “About the case of a man who marries a woman in the manner of al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage),
IsnādMuhammad ibn Yahya, d'Ahmad ibn Muhammad, d'Ibn Faddal, d'Ibn Bukayr, de Muhammad ibn Muslim, a dit: J'ai entendu Abu Ja'far (que la paix soit sur lui) dire concernant l'homme qui épouse une femme en tant que mut'a (mariage temporaire): Ils hériteront l'un de l'autre tant qu'ils n'auront pas stipulé de conditions, car la condition ne vient qu'après le mariage.
