7. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Muhammad ibn Ali from ‘Ubayd ibn Yahya al-Thawriy al-‘ Attar from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn al-‘Alawiy from his father from his grandfather who has said the following: “Ali, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘When Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, commanded the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, to publicly announce his mission, he saw the small number of Muslims and the large number of the pagans. He (the Messenger of Allah) felt strongly depressed. Then Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, sent Jibril, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, with lotus tree leaves from the ultimate lotus tree. He washed with it his head and his depression went away.’”
