3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “He (the Imam) ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said that woman of al-Khul‘ does not receive any benefits.’”

"La femme qui demande le divorce sans raison valable ne sentira pas l'odeur du paradis."

4. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ from Aban from Zurarah who has said the following: “I once asked abu Ja‘far, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about the waiting period of a woman in al-Khul‘. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is like the waiting period of a divorced woman and she must complete her waiting period in her home and a woman in al-Mubarat (disavowing) is the same as the one in al-Khul‘.’”

La période d'attente de la femme divorcée est de trois menstruations, et elle doit s'abstenir de se remarier dans sa maison. La femme dont le mariage a été annulé (mubari'a) est dans la même situation que la femme répudiée.

5. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from Muhammad ibn Ziyad from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said that waiting period for a woman in al-Khul‘ is like that of a divorced woman and her al-Khul‘ is her divorce.’ He (the narrator) has said that he then asked if she receives any benefits. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, she does not receive any benefits.’”

Il a dit : "Le délai pour la femme répudiée est le délai de la femme divorcée, et son divorce est son délai. On lui a demandé : 'Peux-tu être agréablement surprise par quelque chose ?' Il a répondu : 'Non'."

6. Humayd has narrated from al-Hassan from Ja‘far ibn Sama‘ah from Dawud ibn Sarhan who has said the following: “About the case of a woman in al-Khul‘ abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘Her waiting period is like the waiting period of a divorced woman. She must count her waiting period in her home and a woman of al-Khul‘ is like the woman in al-Mubarat (disavowing).”’

Concernant la femme qui demande le divorce, sa période d'attente est celle de la femme divorcée, elle reste dans sa maison. La femme qui demande le divorce est comme celle qui est répudiée.

7. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan from Muhammad ibn Ziyad and Safwan from Rifa‘ah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said that women in al-Khul‘ do not have the right for maintenance and housing.’”

"La femme qui demande le divorce n'a ni résidence ni allocation."

8. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Barqiy from abu al-Bakhtariy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘Every divorced woman has the right to receive benefits except women in al-Khul‘ who purchase themselves.’”

L'Imam des croyants (sur lui le salut) a dit: "Pour chaque femme divorcée, il y a une compensation, sauf pour celle qui se libère elle-même, car elle a acheté sa propre personne."

9. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from ibn Ri’ab from abu Basir who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about the case of a man whose wife has arranged al- Khul‘: if it is permissible for him to propose marriage to her sister before waiting period because of al-KhuV is complete. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, because she has freed herself from the bonds of his marriage and he does not have the right to go back to her.’”

J'ai demandé à l'Imam As-Sadiq (que la paix soit sur lui) au sujet d'un homme dont la femme a demandé le divorce : est-il permis à cet homme de demander en mariage la sœur de son ex-épouse avant que le délai d'attente de la femme divorcée ne soit terminé ? Il a répondu : Oui, sa chasteté s'est séparée de lui et il n'a pas de droit de retour sur elle.
