1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa ibn ‘Ubayd from his brother, Ja‘far ibn ‘Isa from Ali ibn Yaqtin who has narrated the following: “I once asked abu al-Hassan (a.s.), about the case of a man who makes a bequest for a woman to share it with a child. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is permissible. The woman can execute the will and she does not have to wait until the child becomes mature. The child upon maturity cannot disagree unless the will is changed or altered, in which case the child can turn it back to comply with the will.’”
IsnādMuhammad ibn Yahya, d'Ahmad ibn Muhammad, de Muhammad ibn 'Isa ibn 'Ubayd, de son frère Ja'far ibn 'Isa, d'Ali ibn Yaqtin, a dit : J'ai interrogé Aba al-Hasan (sur lui la paix) au sujet d'un homme qui a recommandé quelque chose à une femme et a inclus avec elle un enfant dans la recommandation. Il a dit : Cela est permis. La femme exécute le testament sans attendre que l'enfant atteigne l'âge de la puberté. Lorsque l'enfant atteint la puberté, il n'a pas à accepter autre chose que ce qui était prévu, sauf en cas de substitution ou de changement. Il a alors le droit de le rejeter pour revenir à ce que le défunt avait recommandé.
