583. Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr, from Suleym the slave of Ali Bin Yaqteen, who has said: He said: ‘I had conjunctivitis in my eye which hurt. ‘Abu Al-Hassan (asws) wrote to me about it initiating from himself (asws); ‘What is preventing you from applying the application of Abu Ja’far (asws), a part of Rabahiyya Camphor, Aloe of Asqutry, crushed together and sifted by silk. You should apply from it like the application from the powder, once in a month. It would chase away every illness in the head and exit it from the body’. He said, ‘He used to apply it, and had no complaints for his eyes until death’.
IsnādAli ibn Ibrahim, de son père, de Ibn Abi Umair, de Sulaym, le serviteur de Ali ibn Yaqteen, a rapporté qu'il souffrait d'une inflammation aux yeux. Abu al-Hasan (que la paix soit sur lui) lui écrivit : "Commence par appliquer sur tes yeux ce qui t'empêche de mettre le khôl de Abi Ja'far (que la paix soit sur lui), une partie de kafoor, de raahiy, et une partie de subir, tous deux écrasés ensemble et mélangés avec de la soie. Tu t'en serviras pour te maquiller, et tes yeux ne souffriront plus jusqu'à ta mort."
Il appliqua ce remède et ne souffrit plus des yeux jusqu'à sa mort.
