453. From him, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al-Hakam, from Hisham Bin Saalim, from Shahaab Bin Abdul Rabbahu who said: Abu Abdullah (asws) said to me: ‘O Shahaab! There would be a great deal of killing in the households of Qureysh to the extent that the man from among them would be called to the Caliphate, he would refuse’. Then said: ‘O Shahaab! Do not announce that I (asws) meant those sons of my (asws) uncle’. Shahaab said, ‘I testify that he (asws) was referring to them’.
IsnādDe lui, d'Ahmad ibn Muhammad, d'Ali ibn al-Hakam, d'Hisham ibn Salim, de Shihab ibn Abd Rabih, qui a dit : Abu Abdallah (paix soit sur lui) m'a dit : "Ô Shihab, les meurtres vont se multiplier parmi les membres de la famille de Quraysh jusqu'à ce qu'un homme parmi eux soit appelé au califat et le refuse."
Il a ensuite dit : "Ô Shihab, ne dis pas que j'ai visé les fils de mon oncle." Shihab a dit : "Je témoigne qu'il les a épargnés."
