431. Ali Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al-Abbas, from Al-Hassan Bin Abdul Rahmaan, from Aasim Bin Humeyd, from Abu Hamza, who has narrated the following: I asked Abu Ja’far (asws) that, ‘Some of our companions are fabricating (Hadeeth) and throwing them against the ones who oppose them’. So he (asws) said to me: ‘Refraining from them is more beautiful’. Then said: ‘By Allah (azwj), O Abu Hamza! The people, all of them, are the children of the transgressors (adultery) except for our (asws) Shites’. I said, ‘How can there be a way out for me, from this?’ So he (asws) said to me: ‘The Revealed Book of Allah (azwj) has Evidences against them. Surely, Allah (azwj) Made for us (asws) the People (asws) of the Household three portions in the whole of the spoils of war (Al-Fey). Then Allah (azwj) Said: “[8:41] And know that whatever you take as spoils of war, lo! a fifth thereof is for Allah, and for the messenger and for the kinsman (who hath need) and orphans and the needy and the wayfarer”. So we (asws) are the owners of Al-Khums (the fifth), and the spoils of war (Al-Fey), and it has been Made unlawful to all the people except for our (asws) Shites. By Allah (azwj), O Abu Hamza! There is no land which has been conquered, and no fifth (Khums) has been applied on anything from it except that it was unlawful for the one who received it for his genitals or assets. And if the truth were to appear (Al-Qaim (asws)) the man would be desperate to sell himself cheaply to the extent that the man from among them would be prepare to ransom himself with all of his wealth, and seek the salvation for himself. So he will not achieve anything from that. And they have taken us (asws) and our (asws) Shites out from those rights of ours without an excuse, or right, or proof’. I said, ‘The Statement of the Mighty and Majestic: “[9:52] Say: Do you await for us but one of two most excellent things?” He (asws) said: ‘But it is death in obedience to Allah (azwj) or realisation of the appearance of Imam (asws) (Al-Qaim (asws), And we await for you that Allah will afflict you with punishment from Himself and it is metamorphosis or by our hands and it is the killing. Allah (azwj) Said to His (azwj) Prophet (saww): “So wait; we too will wait with you”. And the waiting is for the occurrence of the affliction upon their (asws) enemies’.

J'ai dit : "Certains de nos compagnons inventent des mensonges et diffament ceux qui les contredisent." Il me répondit : "Éloigne-toi d'eux, c'est mieux pour toi." Puis il ajouta : "Par Allah, ô Abi Hamza, les gens sont tous des enfants de la rébellion, à l'exception de notre communauté. Sache que le Livre d'Allah révélé indique que Dieu a désigné pour nous, les gens de la Maison, trois parts dans tout butin. Nous sommes les détenteurs des parts et du butin, et nous l'avons interdit à tous sauf à notre communauté. Par Allah, ô Abi Hamza, aucune terre n'est conquise, aucun butin n'est partagé, et aucun coup n'est porté sur quoi que ce soit sans que cela ne soit interdit à celui qui le reçoit, que ce soit une femme ou un bien. Si la vérité était claire, un homme vendrait son honneur pour quelqu'un qui ne lui apporterait aucun bénéfice. Certains d'entre eux se rachètent avec tout leur argent et cherchent le salut pour eux-mêmes, mais ils n'atteignent rien de cela. Ils nous ont expulsés, nous et notre communauté, de nos droits sans excuse, sans droit et sans preuve." J'ai demandé : "Sa parole, 'Attendez-vous à l'une des deux bonnes choses', signifie-t-elle que vous attendez seulement l'une d'elles ?" Il a répondu : "Soit la mort dans l'obéissance à Allah, soit la venue de l'Imam. Nous les attendons avec ce que nous endurons de difficultés, craignant qu'Allah ne les frappe d'un châtiment de Sa part, que ce soit la déviation ou par nos mains, c'est-à-dire le meurtre." Allah a dit à Son Prophète (que la paix soit sur lui) : "Attends, car nous attendons aussi avec toi, et l'attente est de voir l'adversité tomber sur leurs ennemis."
