206. A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from his father, from Al-Nazar Bin Suweyd, from Al-Halby, from Ibn Muskaan, from Zurara, who has narrated the following: Abu Ja’far (asws) having said: ‘I (asws) saw (in a dream) as if I (asws) am on top of a mountain, and the people are climbing up from all sides, to the extent that they were many of them, and it prolonged by them in the sky, and the people started falling off from it from all sides until there did not remain among them any one except for a small group. So they made an attempt five times, and during each of that the people fell off from it and there did not remain except for a (small) group. As for Qays Bin Abdullah Bin Ajlaan, he was in that group’. He (the narrator) said: ‘He (asws) did not remain after that except for about five (days) until he (asws) passed away’.
IsnādUn certain nombre de nos compagnons ont rapporté de Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid, de son père, de Nadhr ibn Suwayd, de al-Halabi, de Ibn Muskan, de Zurara, de Abi Ja'far (que la paix soit sur lui) qui a dit : J'ai vu comme si j'étais au sommet d'une montagne et les gens y montaient de tous les côtés. Quand ils se sont accumulés sur lui, il les a dépassés dans le ciel et les gens ont commencé à tomber de tous les côtés jusqu'à ce qu'il ne reste plus personne d'eux sauf un petit groupe. Cela a été fait cinq fois, à chaque fois les gens tombaient de lui et seul ce petit groupe restait. Quant à Qays ibn Abd Allah ibn Ajlan, il était parmi ce petit groupe. Il n'est pas resté après cela que près de cinq jusqu'à ce qu'il périsse.
