2-15 (The compiler of the book narrated) that his father - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Ahmad ibn Idris quoted on the authority of Muhammad ibn Ahmad, on the authority of Muhammad ibn Al-Sindy, on the authority of Ali ibn al-Hikam, on the authority of Muhammad ibn al-Fuzayl, on the authority of Sharis al-Vabeshy, on the authority of Jabir, on the authority of Abi Ja’far al-Baqir (MGB) that God’s Prophet (MGB) said, “The scent of Paradise can be smelled from a distance of five-hundred years away. However, those damned by their parents and the cuckold will not sense it.” He was asked, “O Prophet of God! Who is a cuckold?” He (MGB) replied, “One whose wife commits adultery and he knows about it.”What Has Been Said About Two-Faced People
IsnādMon père nous a informés, qu'Allah soit satisfait de lui, il a dit: Ahmad ibn Idris nous a informés, de la part de Muhammad ibn Ahmad, de la part de Muhammad ibn As-Sindi, de la part de Ali ibn Al-Hakam, de la part de Muhammad ibn Al-Fudayl, de la part de Sharik Al-Wabishi, de la part de Jabir, de la part d'Abu Ja'far, que la paix soit sur lui, a dit: Le Messager d'Allah, que la prière et la paix d'Allah soient sur lui et sur sa famille, a dit: Certes, le Paradis est tel que son odeur peut être sentie à une distance de cinq cents ans de marche, et aucun impur ni adultère ne la sent, il lui fut demandé: Ô Messager d'Allah, qui est l'adultère? Il répondit: Celui qui commet l'adultère avec sa femme alors qu'il sait.
