5-90 Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Isma’il narrated that Al-Bajiri quoted Muhammad ibn Harb al-Vaseti, on the authority of Yazid ibn Harun, on the authority of Abi Shoyba’, on the authority of a man from Hamedan, on the authority of his father that Ali ibn Abi Talib (MGB) said, “There are five pioneers. I am the pioneer of the Arabs. Salman Farsi is the pioneer of the Persians. Saheeb is the pioneer of the Romans. Bilal is the pioneer of the Ethiopians. And Khibab is the pioneer of the Nabataeans .”
IsnādMuhammad ibn Ali ibn Isma'il nous a informés, Al-Bajiri nous a raconté, Muhammad ibn Harb al-Wasiti nous a dit, Yazid ibn Harun m'a informé, d'après Abi Shaybah qui a dit: un homme de Hamdan nous a rapporté de son père, qui a dit que Ali ibn Abi Talib (que la paix soit sur lui) a dit:
La course comporte cinq participants : je suis le premier des Arabes, Salman est le premier des Persans, Suhayb est le premier des Romains, Bilal est le premier des Abyssins, et Khabbab est le premier des Nabatéens.
