1. My father, may Allah grant him mercy, said: We were told by Sa’d bin Abdullah, from Ahmad bin Muhammed bin Isa, from Hussaian ibn Saif, from his brother, Ali bin Saif, from his father, Saif bin ‘Umayra, from Muhammed bin Marid, from Abdul-A’la ibn A’yan, that he said: I said to Abu Abdillah, peace be upon him: May I be sacrificed for you, there is a narration whom people narrate with regards to that Allah’s Messenger, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family, said: «Narrate of the Sons of Isra’eel, and there is no forbiddance». He said: Yes. I said: So, shall we narrate of the Sons of Isra’eel with what we have heard, and there will be no forbiddance upon us? He said: Have you not heard what he said: «It is sufficient for an individual to be a liar when he speaks of everything he hears»? So I said: So how is that? He said: Whatever is in the Book (of mentioning) that something was among the Sons of Isra’eel, then speak that it is present in this nation, and there is no forbiddance.
IsnādAbu - qu'Allah lui fasse miséricorde - a dit: Nous a informé Sa'd ibn Abdullah, d'Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn 'Isa, d'Al-Husayn ibn Saif, de son frère 'Ali ibn Saif, de son père Saif ibn 'Umayra, de Muhammad ibn Mard, d'Abd al-A'la ibn A'in, qui a dit: J'ai demandé à Abu 'Abdullah - que la paix soit sur lui - en disant: "Je te mets en sacrifice, un hadith que les gens rapportent du Messager d'Allah - que la prière et la paix d'Allah soient sur lui et sa famille - disant: 'Racontez des histoires sur les Enfants d'Israël, il n'y a pas de mal.' " Il a dit: Oui, j'ai dit: Alors, pouvons-nous raconter des histoires sur les Enfants d'Israël selon ce que nous avons entendu, sans qu'il y ait de mal pour nous? Il a dit: N'as-tu pas entendu ce qu'il a dit: Il suffit à un homme de mentir en racontant tout ce qu'il entend? J'ai dit: Alors comment cela doit-il être fait? Il a dit: Ce qui n'était pas dans le Livre comme étant parmi les Enfants d'Israël, raconte qu'il est parmi cette communauté, il n'y a pas de mal.
