1. My father, may Allah grant him mercy, said: We were told by Sa’d bin Abdullah, from Qasem bin Muhammed, from Sulayman ibn Dawud, who ascribed the narration, saying: The Messenger of Allah, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family, said: «You took them by the trust of Allah, and you declared their private organs as allowable by the words of Allah.» As for the trust of Allah, it is that which Allah, Exalted and Glorious is He, took upon Adam when He married Hawwa’ to him, and as for the words, they are the words which Allah, Exalted and Glorious is He, conditioned upon Adam, that he worships Him, does not associate anything with Him, does not fornicate nor takes a protector besides Him.
IsnādAbu - qu'Allah lui fasse miséricorde - a dit: Nous a informés Sa'd ibn Abdullah, de Al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, de Sulayman ibn Dawud qui rapporte le hadith, il a dit: Le Messager d'Allah (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui et sa famille) a dit: "Vous les avez prises en mariage en vertu de la confiance en Allah, et vous avez rendu licites leurs parties intimes par les paroles d'Allah." Quant à la confiance, c'est celle qu'Allah le Très Haut a prise sur Adam lorsqu'Il l'a marié à Hawwa. Et quant aux paroles, ce sont les paroles qu'Allah le Très Haut a stipulées à Adam, à savoir qu'il L'adore sans rien Lui associer, qu'il ne commette pas de fornication et qu'il ne prenne pas d'allié en dehors de Lui.
