Interruption de la Talbiyah (Me voici, ô Seigneur, pour obéir à Ton commandement) à l'État de l'Ihram et Ce qu'il convient de faire

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Muhammad ibn Yahya from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Am mar who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘One who commences al-‘Umrah from al-Tan‘im must not discontinue Talbiyah until he can see the Masjid.’”

Celui qui effectue le pèlerinage grâce à une faveur divine ne doit pas interrompre la circumambulation avant d'avoir vu la mosquée.

4. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Zurarah who has said the following: “I heard abu Ja‘far, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, say, ‘When a person performing al-‘Umrah arrives in Makkah, performs Tawaf and Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al-Marwah, then if he likes, he can move on riding his means of transport and join his family.”’

J'ai entendu Abou Ja'far (que la paix soit sur lui) dire : "Lorsque le pèlerin arrive à La Mecque, effectue la circumambulation et fait le sa'i, s'il le souhaite, qu'il monte sur sa monture et rejoigne sa famille."

5. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Sinan from ibn Muskan from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘One who performs al-‘Umrah al-Mabtulah, after performing Tawaf around the House and Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al-Marwah, comes out of the state of Ihram; if he likes, he can leave in the same hour.’”

"Al-Umrat al-Mabtulah fait le tawaf autour de la Kaaba, de Safa et Marwa, puis elle se retire. Si elle veut partir à n'importe quel moment, elle peut partir."

6. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about a man who is for al-‘Umrah al-Mabtulah. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is sufficient for him to perform Tawaf around the House, Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al-Marwah and shave, if he has performed one Tawaf around the House, and if he likes, he can do Taqsir (cutting some hair or finger nails and so on).”’

Concernant un homme qui effectue la 'Umra pendant le mois de Ramadan, il lui est permis de faire le Tawaf autour de la Kaaba, de faire la course entre Safa et Marwa, de se raser la tête après avoir accompli un seul Tawaf autour de la Kaaba, et celui qui souhaite raccourcir ses cheveux peut le faire.

7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn ‘Isma‘il from Ibrahim ibn ‘Abd al-Hamid from ‘Umar or others who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘One, who is for al-‘Umrah, must perform Tawaf, Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al-Marwah and shave.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘After shaving he must perform another Tawaf.’”

Le pèlerin effectue la circumambulation, le sa'i et se rase ensuite. Il doit ensuite effectuer une autre circumambulation.

8. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Umayr from certain persons of our people from ‘Isma‘il ibn Rabah who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about a man who performs just al-‘Umrah; if he is required to perform Tawaf al-Nisa’. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he is required to do so.’”

9. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa who has said the following: “Abu al-al-Qasim Mukhallad ibn Musa al-Raziy wrote to the man, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, asking him (the Imam) about al-‘Umrah al-Mabtulah: if one performing it is required to perform Tawaf al-Nisa’ and in al-‘Umrah for al-Hajj al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous). He (the Imam) wrote for him, ‘In al-‘Umrah al- Mabtulah one is required to perform Tawaf al-Nisa’ but one who performs al-‘Umrah for al-Hajj al- Tamattu‘ (advantageous) is not required to perform Tawaf al-Nisa’.” NOTE: (Fatwa best explains Hadith 1-9 of this and the following Chapter)

Quant à la 'Umra al-Mabtula, son compagnon doit faire le tawaf des femmes, tandis que pour celle qui est suivie du Hajj, son compagnon n'a pas à faire le tawaf des femmes.
