Le Cas de Celui qui Quitte Al-Muzdalifah Précipitamment Avant l'Aube

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from certain persons of our people who has said the following: “One of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said ‘It is not harmful for a man who is afraid to leave during the night.’”

Il n'y a pas de mal à ce qu'un homme éjacule pendant la nuit s'il est craintif.

4. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn abu Hamzah who has said the following: “One of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘Any man or woman who is afraid and leaves al-Mash‘ar al-Haram, during the night, it is not harmful. They can throw pebbles on Jamarat then move on to offer animal sacrifice, do Taqsir (cutting some hair or finger nails and so on) if a female, and shave if a man, perform Tawaf around the House and Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al-Marwah, then return to Mina’. If he arrives in Mina’ and slaughtering is not done for him, then it is not harmful for him to himself do the slaughtering and carry the hairs, if shaving is done in Makkah, to Mina’, and he can do Taqsir (cutting some hair or finger nails and so on) if he has performed al-Hajj before.’”

"Quiconque, homme ou femme, craignant de commettre un excès envers les cheveux sacrés pendant la nuit, alors qu'il jette les cailloux à la Jamra, puis se rase la tête, ordonne à quelqu'un de sacrifier pour lui, que la femme raccourcisse ses cheveux et que l'homme se rase la tête, ensuite qu'il fasse le Tawaf entre le Kaaba et Safa et Marwa, puis qu'il retourne à Mina. S'il revient à Mina sans avoir sacrifié pour lui, il peut le faire lui-même. Il doit porter les cheveux s'il les a rasés à La Mecque jusqu'à Mina, et s'il le souhaite, il peut les raccourcir s'il a déjà accompli le Hajj auparavant."

5. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from abu al-Mughirah from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, permitted women and children to leave during the night to throw pebbles on Jamarat during the night and perform the morning Salat (prayer) in their lodgings. If women are afraid of Hayd (menses), the should proceed to Makkah and appoint someone to slaughter the offering on their behalf.”

Le Messager d'Allah (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a autorisé les femmes et les enfants à verser de l'eau la nuit et à jeter des cailloux la nuit, et à faire la prière du matin dans leurs maisons. Si elles craignent leurs menstruations, elles peuvent alors se rendre à La Mecque et déléguer quelqu'un pour sacrifier pour elles.

6. Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from Muhammad ibn Sinan from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muskan from abu Basir who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, say, ‘It is not harmful if women proceed to al- Mash‘ar al-Haram, when a good part of the night is gone. They can stay there for an hour, then move to Mina’, throw pebbles on Jamarat, wait for an hour; then do Taqsir (cutting some hair or finger nails and so on) and move to Makkah. If they want to slaughter animal offering they can appoint someone to do it on their behalf.”’

J'ai entendu Abou Abdillah dire : "Il n'y a pas de mal à ce que les femmes avancent une fois que la nuit est passée, se tiennent debout à Al-Mash'ar Al-Haram pendant un moment, puis se dirigent vers Mina où elles lapident le Jamarat, puis elles patientent un moment, raccourcissent leurs cheveux, se dirigent vers La Mecque et accomplissent le Tawaf, sauf si elles veulent qu'on sacrifie pour elles, car elles peuvent déléguer quelqu'un pour sacrifier pour elles."

7. It is narrated from him (narrator of previous Hadith) from Ali ibn al-Nu’man from Sa‘id al-A’raj who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, saying, ’I pray to Allah to keep my soul in service for your cause, there are women with us: if we can leave with them during the night. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, do you want to do just as the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, had done?’ I replied, ‘Yes, that is what we want to do.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘You can leave with them during the night. You must stay along with them in Jam‘, then leave to al-Jamarah al-‘Uzma’ to throw pebbles. If they do not have to slaughter any offering, they must do Taqsir (cutting some hair or finger nails and so on), then proceed to Makkah forward to perform Tawaf around the House and Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al-Marwah. They then must return back to the House to perform seven times Tawaf, then return to Mina’ and their al-Hajj is complete.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, sent ‘Usamah with them (the women).”’

J'ai dit à Abu 'Abdillah (sur lui la paix) : "Que penses-tu si des femmes sont avec nous et que je les déverse (en moi) pendant la nuit ?" Il dit : "Oui, tu veux agir comme l'a fait le Messager d'Allah (que la paix et les bénédictions d'Allah soient sur lui et sa famille)." J'ai dit : "Oui." Il dit : "Déverse-les pendant la nuit et ne les déverse pas avant d'avoir accompli le rassemblement avec elles, puis déverse-les jusqu'à ce qu'elles atteignent la Grande Jamarah et jettent les cailloux. Si elles n'ont pas de bête à sacrifier, qu'elles prennent des poils de leurs têtes, coupent leurs ongles, se rendent à La Mecque avec des marques sur leurs visages, font le Tawaf autour de la Ka'bah, courent entre Safa et Marwa, puis retournent à la Maison et font le Tawaf pendant une semaine, puis retournent à Mina après avoir terminé leur pèlerinage." Il a dit : "Le Messager d'Allah (que la paix et les bénédictions d'Allah soient sur lui et sa famille) a envoyé avec elles Usamah."

8. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Umayr from Hafs ibn al-Bakhtariy and others from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, permitted women and the weak ones to leave from Jam‘ during the night. They were allowed to throw pebbles during the night and visit the House, if they wanted to do so, and they were allowed to appoint someone to slaughter offering on their behalf.’”

Le Messager de Dieu (que la prière de Dieu et Son salut soient sur lui et sa famille) a autorisé les femmes et les personnes faibles à rester après le rassemblement pendant la nuit et à lapider le Jamrah pendant la nuit, s'ils veulent visiter la Maison, en déléguant quelqu'un pour sacrifier pour elles.
