Le Cas de Celui qui Accomplit le Hajj au Nom de Quelqu'un mais l'a Fait pour une Autre Personne

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘Umayr from certain persons of his people who has said the following: “About a man who receives a certain amount to perform al-Hajj for another person and he does not perform al-Hajj but he dies and leaves nothing behind. Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘If the man hiring himself has performed al-Hajj, it is taken from him to be given to the owner of the asset; but if he has not performed, the reward for performing al-Hajj is written for the owner of the asset.’”

concernant un homme qui a pris de l'argent à un autre sans en rendre compte, et qui est décédé sans laisser de succession, il a dit : "Si le débiteur a effectué le pèlerinage, sa dette sera payée à partir de son pèlerinage, sinon la récompense du pèlerinage sera inscrite pour le créancier."
