1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father and Muhammad ibn ‘Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from ibn abu ‘Umayr and Safwan all from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘One who performs al-Hajj al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous) is required to complete three Tawaf around the House and twice performing Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al-Marwah. Upon arriving in Makkah there is a Tawaf around the House and two Rak‘at Salat (prayer) near Maqam of Ibrahim, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al-Marwah, then is Taqsir (cutting some hair or finger nails and so on). With this, one comes out of the state of Ihram of al-‘Umrah and for al-Hajj there are two Tawaf obligatory upon him, one Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al- Marwah and after every Tawaf, one must perform two Rak‘at Salat (prayer) near Maqam of Ibrahim ‘Alayhi al-Salam.’”
