1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from Ali ibn Ri’ab from Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘If one in the state of Ihram wears a cloth which he is not supposed to wear and one does it out of forgetfulness, ignorance or by mistake, there is not anything on him; but if one does it knowingly, one must offer an offering animal.’”

Celui qui porte un vêtement qui ne convient pas à son état d'ihram et le fait par oubli, par inadvertance ou par ignorance, alors il n'y a rien contre lui. Mais celui qui le fait délibérément, alors il doit une expiation.
