1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Barqiy from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Sayabah who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about the manner of walking during Tawaf around the Ka‘bah as to how fast or how slow should I walk. He (the Imam) replied, ‘Walk moderately in between the two kinds of walking.’” (Fatwa best explains the following chapters).
