1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from abu Wallad al-Hannat who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about the case of a woman whose husband was not present. He came and she was performing Ttikaf by the permission of her husband. Upon learning that her husband has arrived, she comes out of Masjid to her house and prepares herself until he falls on her (for sexual relation). He (the Imam) said, ’If she goes out of the Masjid before completing three days, and had not set a condition in her Ttikaf, she is required to do what is required because of Zihar (calling on oath the back of one’s wife as the back of one’s mother).”’
IsnādUne chaîne de transmission rapporte de nos compagnons, de Ahmad ibn Muhammad, d'Ibn Mahboub, de Abi Walad al-Hannati, qui a dit : J'ai interrogé Aba Abdillah (paix soit sur lui) au sujet d'une femme dont le mari était absent et qui était en retraite spirituelle avec la permission de son mari. Elle est sortie de la mosquée lorsque son cycle menstruel a commencé et est retournée chez elle. Elle s'est préparée pour son mari jusqu'à ce qu'il la possède. Il a dit : Si elle est sortie de la mosquée avant que trois jours ne se soient écoulés et qu'elle n'ait pas stipulé de conditions pour sa retraite spirituelle, alors elle est soumise aux mêmes règles que les femmes en période de pureté.
