1. The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “One who frees a believing slave for the sake of Allah, for each part of the body of that slave, the Almighty Allah will keep the parts of his body safe from the fire of Hell. If that slave is a woman for every two parts of the body of that woman, the Almighty Allah will keep a part of his body safe from the fire of Hell. Surely a woman is half that of a man.”
IsnādAbi Rah a dit: Sa'd ibn Abdullah m'a informé, d'après Ahmad ibn Abi Abdullah, d'après son père, d'après Ibrahim ibn Abi al-Bilad, d'après son père, qui a rapporté que le Messager d'Allah (paix et bénédictions soient sur lui) a dit:
Celui qui affranchit un croyant, Allah affranchit de chaque membre de celui-ci un membre du Feu, même s'il s'agit d'une femme. Allah affranchit de chaque membre d'elle un membre du Feu, car la femme est la moitié de l'homme.
