Reward of condolence

1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) narrates from his ancestors that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “Saying words of condolence is a way to enter Paradise.”
IsnādHamzah ibn Muhammad al-Alawi m'a informé, de la part d'Ali ibn Ibrahim, de son père, de Abdullah ibn al-Mughirah al-Sakuni, de Ja'far ibn Muhammad al-Sadiq, de ses ancêtres, qui ont dit que le Messager d'Allah (paix et bénédictions soient sur lui) a dit:
"La consolation mutuelle engendre le Paradis."
2. The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “One who says words of condolence to a sad person, will be awarded a fine dress to be worn on the Day of Judgment.”
IsnādD'après lui (paix et bénédictions soient sur lui), il a dit:
Celui qui réconforte une personne affligée sera vêtu d'une robe de soie au moment de l'arrêt des comptes.
3. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) condoled a person for the death of his son and said, “The Holy Prophet has passed away from this world. Why don’t you see the good qualities of this great personality?” He replied, “My son was a sinner.” Imam (a.s.) said, “He has three things in front of him. God willing, he won’t waste any of them. Firstly, the testimony that there is no god except Allah, mercy of God and intercession of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.).”
IsnādMuhammad ibn al-Hassan m'a informé, il a dit: Muhammad ibn al-Hassan al-Saffar m'a informé, d'Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn 'Isa, d'Ali ibn al-Hakam, de Rifa'ah ibn Musa al-Nakhas, d'Abu 'Abdillah ع, qu'il a consolé un homme pour la perte de son fils en lui disant: "Allah est meilleur pour ton fils que toi, et la récompense d'Allah est meilleure pour toi que lui." Lorsque la nouvelle de la mort du Messager d'Allah ص est parvenue à l'homme, il a paniqué. Il est retourné voir Abu 'Abdillah et lui a demandé: "Le Prophète ص est décédé, que devrais-je faire?" Abu 'Abdillah lui a répondu: "Il était un jeune homme. Il a trois qualités devant lui: le témoignage qu'il n'y a de divinité digne d'adoration qu'Allah, la miséricorde d'Allah et l'intercession du Messager d'Allah ص. Il ne manquera aucune de ces trois choses, si Allah le veut."

4. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Musa b. al-Mutawakil who said it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ahmad b. Abi Abdillah al-Barqi from his father from Wahab b. Wahab from Ja’far b. Muhammad al-Sadiq from his father from his forefathers (a.s.) from The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.) who said: “One who condoles a person afflicted by calamity, will get reward equal to the latter while the reward of the latter won’t be reduced.”
IsnādMuhammad ibn Musa ibn al-Mutawakkil m'a informé, il a dit: Sa'd ibn Abdullah m'a informé, d'après Ahmad ibn Abi Abdullah al-Barqi, d'après son père, de Wahb ibn Wahb, de Ja'far ibn Muhammad al-Sadiq, de son père, de ses ancêtres, d'après le Messager d'Allah (que la paix soit sur lui) qui a dit:
Celui qui console un affligé aura une récompense équivalente à la sienne sans que cela ne diminue la récompense de l'affligé en rien.
