1. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ibrahim b. Hashim from ’Amru b. Uthman from Muhammad b. Adhafir from ’Amru b. Yazid from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said: “Allah will remove seventy types of calamities from the one who says a hundred times everyday: ‘Laa h’aula wa laa quwwata illaa billaah’ the least of which is sorrow.”

Celui qui dit cent fois chaque jour "Il n'y a ni force ni puissance qu'en Allah", Allah le protégera de soixante-dix types d'épreuves, la plus facile étant l'anxiété.
