1. The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “One who goes to the market and buys gifts for his near and dear ones, its reward is equal to that of paying sadaqah to a community of needy people. Present gifts to your daughters before sons. A person who makes his daughter happy will get the reward of freeing a slave from the progeny of Ismail (a.s.). A person who makes his sons happy will get the reward of weeping in the fear of Allah. A person who weeps in the fear of Allah, will be rewarded a Paradise full of bounties.”
IsnādMuhammad ibn al-Hasan m'a informé, qui a dit: Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Saffar m'a informé, de Salamah ibn al-Khattab, d'Ayyub ibn Sulaym al-Atar, d'Ishaq ibn Bashir al-Kahili, de Salim al-Aftas, de Sa'id ibn Jubayr, d'Ibn Abbas, qui a dit: Le Messager d'Allah (paix et bénédictions soient sur lui) a dit:
Celui qui entre sur le marché et achète des cadeaux pour sa famille, c'est comme s'il donnait une aumône à des personnes dans le besoin. Qu'il commence par les femmes avant les hommes, car celui qui réjouit une femme, c'est comme s'il affranchissait un esclave parmi les descendants d'Ismaël. Et celui qui satisfait un enfant, c'est comme s'il pleurait par crainte d'Allah. Et celui qui pleure par crainte d'Allah, Allah le fera entrer dans les jardins du bonheur.
